Beauty Mission: I am familiar with the Eisenberg brand because I use Back to Paris, which is my favorite perfume. What is yours?
Patrizia Mazzitelli: Mine is So French!. This is a powerful perfume, a true expression of French fashion and style, a “revealing” fragrance, like velvet. But now I’m also rediscovering Tentation. Our beautiful perfumes are made from a mix of flowers and the synthesis of accord. Generally we only use natural ingredients in our perfumes, but in three of them we have a synthetic note that has the power of bringing emotions when they are smelt. Tentation has a Marine Accord, to feel a sea breeze, and the touch of the morning beach. It is impossible to capture these notes in a natural way, so we have used synthetic biotechnology. This is the case for Back To Paris, whose synthetic notes are a reminder of candy. As a teenager you eat a lot of sweets. Using those perfumes you can still be a girl !!! So French! has also a leather note. It reminds me of old leather and of amazing travels that I had. I love this scent, and its synthetic notes help you to remember emotions.
BM: As you describing me your favorite perfumes, I can tell that you can capture the nature of beauty. What does Beauty of Life mean to you?
PM: For me, Beauty is harmony. Beauty is also in very well prepared and well-presented food. Beauty is in simplicity and in everything that you care for deep inside. It is also in nature: I took a photo of colorful trees which looked like a painting to me.
PM: Especially women. I think that there are really a lot of beautiful ladies here. They care about themselves, they care about fashion, and they know their values. Yesterday while I was sitting in a restaurant with Agnes, I saw an amazing lady riding her bike. She was so gorgeous. She was like a figure in the picture, against the blue sky background with her colorful dress and a red bike. Polish women are very feminine.
BM: It sounds to me that you share the same love and admiration for art as Mr José Eisenberg, the creator of the EISENBERG brand. Doing research for this interview I couldn’t find much information about the brand’s history or the founder himself. Is this aura of mystery a part of Eisenberg’s strategy or are you just very private? Tell me about the EISENBERG legacy.
PM: Eisenberg is a family company. It is very passionate and strong. The founder of the company is Jose Eisenberg, a person with a strong passion and will. He cares about the company very much. He loves art. His son Edmond works very hard with the EISENBERG brand and he is also very fine musician. He is a sensitive man.
The brand’s history goes back almost thirty years. Jose Eisenberg launched EISENBERG in the year two thousand, but before that he spent fifteen years on research and development. The company doesn’t want to be in the spotlight by using celebrities as the face of the brand, because our products don’t need this kind of promotion. We at EISENBERG share the same values ; we care about the results, and we have highly qualified staff. Every person in the Eisenberg Company knows their job. The important thing is that every person works with the other, so we are really one big family.
BM: What do You do in the company. How it happened that You work in Eisenberg company.
PM: Before I came to Eisenberg I worked during several years for big beauty companies. The reason I chose to work for this brand is the owner of the company. I was really fascinated (laugh) by Jose Eisenberg and I stayed. He has such passion for what he does. He’s a man with a vision and enormous wisdom, and a passionate love of life. Passion is the engine of our work. In the company I am the Product and Training Manager. I love my job. I travel from country to country. I train people and I’m also responsible for the product development with Mr. Eisenberg.
BM: Is it difficult to launch the brand in Poland? And why Poland?
PM: We choose Poland because it is a very lively market. Poland is a country of possibilities. People are open to innovation and are not afraid of new ideas. We’ve built a strong position for our company in western markets, and now it’s time for us to show our products in Poland. In Poland we work with amazing people, such as Agnes (Agnieszka Zajączkowska)
BM: I know that the EISENBERG brand does not only concentrate on perfumes, and that it is also internationally recognized for its unique Skin-care and Makeup ranges. Can you tell us more about EISENBERG products, and more particularly about the novelties that are being launched in Poland?
PM: Our newest launches are two products which are based on the TRIO-MOLECULAR® FORMULA (you can learn more at: http://www.eisenberg.com/eisenberg/trio-molecular-formula.html). The First of these products is called ‘Face Refining Serum’. This product is amazing because it doesn’t keep you waiting for the results. Ithelps you lose your double chin, and will help you regain a softer and younger looking skin in the lower area of your face. The important thing is to use it, and apply it as a medicine – every day, regularly. You should keep on using it for at least twenty-eight days, and apply it on your face and neck as it is shown in the instructions enclosed to the product. This hypoallergenic product is composed of only natural ingredients.
The second product is “Ultra Hydrating Biphasic Care” that delivers 24 hours hydration. It is an excellent product that makes the face, body and hair look fresh and young. Its excellent anti-ageing formula is based on the combination of 5 natural oils and a water that is rich in hydrating ingredients, and is suitable for both Men and Women. Men can use this product as a substitute to the usual after-shave care.
BM: What is the strategy of the EISENBERG brand in the next year, and what are its goals in the future?
PM: EISENBERG’s strategy is to keep on proposing the most innovative and desired products to Women and Men! And our goal is to be the N°1 Global Beauty Brand in the World!
BM: Will you be coming back to Poland in the near future? What do you think of Poland and of Polish people?
PM: I’ll be back in Poland in June. I really like it here. People are open-minded and loving. I feel very good in Poland.
BM: Is there anything that you would like to share with our readers?
PM: Yes, there’s the beauty advice. To look good and feel good you need to take care of your body not only from the outside but also from the inside. Spring is a fantastic time to start detoxifying your organism. You need to feel fresh from the inside to glow from the outside. You need to use professional skin care products and always read the ingredients that are listed on the package of the products you purchase. And I’m not only speaking of the cosmetics.
